Strong analytical and organizational skills **Experts Group is looking for a PURCHASING ANALYST in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A company specializing in leasing urgently requires a **Purchasing Analyst** Objective: To ensure an orderly, controlled, and efficient procurement process, generating analysis, cost reduction, and establishing clear guidelines for all involved departments. **Responsibilities** Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Logistics, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement (operational and strategic) Experience in supplier control, negotiation, and cost reduction Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (tracking, analysis, and reporting) Strong analytical and organizational skills **Main Responsibilities.** * Purchase order analysis. * Identification of potential suppliers. * Preparation of comparative charts. * Updating internal databases with details (dates, suppliers, quantities, and discounts) * Presenting 3 suppliers per purchase order. * Tracking orders and ensuring on-time deliveries. * Maintaining updated records of invoices and contracts. * Following up with suppliers as needed to confirm or modify orders. * Excel proficiency including pivot tables, database management, comparisons, and reconciliations. **We Offer** Statutory benefits Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday Base salary: $15,000 gross monthly Work location: Col.
