Job Summary: Plan, supervise, and lead the operational team to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time production delivery, coordinating with other departments and proposing continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise the daily production program. 2. Ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met. 3. Propose process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency. - Plan and supervise the daily production program. - Lead the operational team: task assignment, performance tracking, and evaluation. - Ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met for each order. - Control efficient use of raw materials. - Coordinate with sales and procurement departments to align production with demand. - Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety within the plant. - Identify and report machinery malfunctions. - Record production metrics: volume, scrap rate, cycle times, and quality. - Propose process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
