Driving a culture of discipline and continuous improvement At *Freshy Healthy Food*, we seek a **Branch Manager** to lead operations at our Campestre location and within the Tec de Monterrey campus. This person will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution in customer service, daily operations, inventory control, and team management—delivering an experience aligned with our healthy lifestyle focus. They will serve as the direct leader of the team at both branches, promoting a culture of discipline, service orientation, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily operations at both branches. * Lead, coordinate, and develop the workforce. * Ensure exceptional and consistent customer service. * Manage inventory, shrinkage, and product turnover. * Process purchase requisitions and follow up with suppliers. * Implement and monitor operational processes and quality standards. * Supervise adherence to schedules, cleanliness, and staff appearance. * Identify areas for improvement and propose operational solutions. * Support strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty. **Candidate Profile** * Prior supervisory or managerial experience (preferably in food and beverage). * Leadership and team management skills. * Customer service orientation. * Administrative organization and control. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Availability to travel between branches.
