You will coordinate the operations team, optimize machinery utilization, and ensure every product meets quality standards and international regulations. **Desired Profile:** * Education: Technologist in Quality and Productivity, or Technologist in Plastic Transformation (Interns welcome); Incomplete degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in manufacturing (preferably in oils or lubricants). Recent graduates with internships/social service experience in processes are welcome! * Technical Skills: Knowledge of reprocessing indicators, production planning, purchase order generation, and basic bioterrorism concepts. * Competencies: Assertive communication, proactive/reactive attitude, and excellent abstract and numerical ability. * MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Intermediate\-Advanced Excel (pivot tables and dashboards). Responsibilities: * Supervise daily staff activities * Ensure compliance with the established production schedule * Verify proper use of machinery, tools, and materials * Guarantee compliance with regulations, rules, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) * Record operational incidents, equipment failures, or process deviations * Train staff and monitor their performance * Supervise order, cleanliness, and discipline in the work area * Manage staff incidents (attendance, tardiness, leave requests); generate pre\-payroll * Foster a positive work environment and teamwork * Support continuous improvement of production processes * Prepare production reports and results for immediate supervisor * Adhere strictly to daily physical documentation records versus ERP system Employment Type: Full\-time Salary: $17,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract Work Location: On\-site employment
