Coordinate operational activities of manufacturing processes. *Work Mode: Onsite* **Location:** Onsite – Juárez, Nuevo León, Mexico **Opportunity** CORE FUNCTIONS: Coordinate and ensure efficient execution of regular production manufacturing processes at Sanimex Faucet Operations (SFO), serving as the primary operational liaison between the Manufacturing and Projects Manager and Process Engineers. Responsible for leading the implementation, standardization, monitoring, and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems, as well as controlling and tracking process-level operational KPIs, with the objective of strengthening plant stability, operational discipline, and performance. The Manufacturing Coordinator must lead, provide technical coaching and support to Process Engineers, ensuring correct execution of improvement initiatives, resolution of chronic problems, and follow-up on critical topics defined in TIP and SAGT forums per process. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate operational activities of regular production manufacturing processes (Bending, HPDC, CNC Machining, Polishing/Brightening, Surface Finishing, Assembly), ensuring alignment with plant objectives. Lead, together with Process Engineers, the implementation, standardization, and improvement of manufacturing systems (process standards, operational discipline, visual control, monitoring routines). Provide technical and methodological coaching to Process Engineers to strengthen capabilities in process analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement. Monitor and ensure compliance with manufacturing KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, scrap, productivity) per process, identifying deviations and leading action plans. Coordinate and actively track critical manufacturing topics in TIP meetings, ensuring effective closure of actions and timely escalation. Ensure tracking and compliance with commitments defined in the sAGT per process, focused on critical performance, stability, and capacity topics. Facilitate daily communication and alignment among Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure operational continuity. Monitor correct execution of process changes, engineering changes, operational adjustments, and improvements implemented on the shop floor, ensuring use of MOC. Ensure key process documentation (FMEA, Control Plan, Process Sheets, Work Instructions, Critical Parameters) remains up-to-date and applied on the shop floor. Support the Manufacturing and Projects Manager with clear, structured, and timely information for strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards within their scope of responsibility. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Production, and Design departments to ensure manufacturability of new products. RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS Direct Report: Manufacturing and Projects Manager Organizational Relationships Within Plant: High interaction with Process Engineers (Operations Engineering, Projects Engineering) to coordinate implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. High interaction with Production Leadership (General Supervisors, Supervisors, and operational staff) to ensure correct operational execution, process stability, and daily problem resolution. Frequent contact with Quality (Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Testing Laboratory, and CMM) to address process deviations, quality issues, and corrective actions. Frequent contact with Maintenance to coordinate process stability, equipment performance, and implementation of improvements. Frequent contact with Supply Chain for alignment on capacity, constraints, material flow, and operational priorities. Regular interaction with Safety and EHS to ensure compliance with safety requirements and integration into manufacturing processes. Corporate Relationships: Frequent contact with corporate functions such as Procurement and FMV Global Engineering to support operational initiatives and process standardization. External Relationships: High interaction with OEMs and external manufacturing engineers to support process-related topics, technical alignment, and operational improvements. High interaction with equipment, tooling, and component suppliers for diagnosis, optimization, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems. **Skills/Requirements** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in various manufacturing processes and/or process engineering within high-volume production environments. Practical experience in operational coordination of manufacturing processes. Technical Knowledge: Manufacturing processes: High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC), CNC Machining, Surface Finishing, and Assembly. Manufacturing systems and process control. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing. Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, A3, Problem Solving). Action tracking and management of operational routines. Use of SAP (PP / QM preferred) for operational analysis and tracking. Skills: Operational leadership and cross-functional coordination. Ability to coach and develop process engineers. Structured thinking and action-closure orientation. Effective communication across all organizational levels. Discipline, follow-up, and results orientation.
