Proactively identify incidents **Job Description** As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of purchase and sale transactions. This position involves close collaboration with traders and support departments to manage the physical and administrative aspects of each operation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency throughout the entire process. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and verify incoming and outgoing contracts, including their amendments. * Assign vessels, inspectors, and superintendents, coordinating with all involved parties (suppliers, receivers, counterparties). * Ensure real-time communication with traders regarding operational updates. * Issue and reconcile documentary instructions aligned with the terms set by the Letters of Credit department and the contract. * Obtain inspection reports and maintain the loss control database up to date. * Coordinate loading and unloading instructions for both voyage and time-chartered vessels. * Manage billing and ensure timely payment of transactions. * Proactively identify potential incidents and promptly alert the Head of Operations and the trading team. **Required Competencies and Experience** * Bachelor's degree (Bac\+4\) in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field * 2 years of experience in a similar role * Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory); French is a plus * Detail-oriented, precise, and capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for permanent employment contract Work Location: On-site employment
