Job Summary: We are seeking a Views Supervisor / Operating Room Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and ensure the proper handling of surgical supplies and materials in the hospital. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages medical supplies and surgical instruments. 2. Supervises incoming and outgoing goods. 3. Ensures accounting records of negotiations with suppliers. We invite you to join our qualified team at Star Médica Tlalnepantla Hospital as: Views Supervisor \- Operating Room Warehouse Supervisor **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or Process Engineering. GRADUATED **Experience:** 1 year of experience in similar roles related to procurement and warehouse operations in hospitals. **Schedule Availability:** Hybrid: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, SAP). Development and knowledge of medical supplies and surgical instruments. Customer service, sales, procurement, operating room warehousing, and supplier relations. **Job Responsibilities:** Knowledge of surgical view materials, high-specialty surgical materials, off-line materials, inventory management, and controlled medications Conduct warehouse walkthroughs to identify operational needs Supervise incoming and outgoing goods Review surgical notes in the SAP system Check pending supplies Issue purchase orders (ODC) for surgical view materials and send them to suppliers Perform medication measurements Supervise and ensure accurate and compliant accounting registration and application of negotiations conducted with surgical view suppliers, in accordance with internal policies and guidelines. Participate in the administrative process for onboarding, documentation, information safeguarding, updating, standardization, suspension, and/or deactivation of surgical view suppliers within the hospital unit via the company’s supplier portal. Maintain up-to-date supplier information and documentation (legal, shareholder, corporate, financial, and tax-related) for surgical view suppliers, for audit, review, and/or consultation purposes.
