




Position Summary: We are seeking a leader to ensure operational, administrative, and commercial excellence, connecting artisanal work with efficient and transparent business management. Development of innovative strategies for market growth. **Position Objective:** To ensure the institution’s operational, administrative, and commercial excellence, serving as the pillar that connects the rich artisanal work from the eight regions with efficient, modern, and transparent business management. **Professional Profile** * **Academic Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Marketing, Cultural Management, or related field (degree preferred). * **Experience:** Proven experience in team leadership, management of business units, or coordination of high-impact commercial projects. * **Skills:** Negotiation ability, strategic vision, and sensitivity in interacting with master artisans. **Responsibilities and Functions** * **Institutional Management:** Supervise the establishment’s daily operations, ensuring order, cleanliness, and proper public service across all areas. * **Team Leadership:** Effectively coordinate departments including Warehouse, Advertising, Commercialization, Maintenance, and Floor Staff. * **Sector Linkage:** Maintain and strengthen direct relationships with artisans, managing artwork reception and ensuring dignified and fair treatment. * **Commercial Growth:** Design and implement sales strategies to position Oaxacan craftsmanship in local, national, and international markets. * **Administrative Management:** Financial reporting control, input optimization, staff scheduling management, and internal process improvement. * **Innovation and Continuous Improvement:** Propose projects to modernize the shopping experience and the institution’s presence across multiple channels (physical and digital). **Values and Competencies** We seek a person who exemplifies the values guiding our institution: * **Ethical Leadership:** Ability to lead the team with integrity. * **Assertive Communication:** Skill to mediate and convey ideas clearly. * **Responsibility and Punctuality:** Absolute commitment to institutional goals and timelines. **Working Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:30 pm. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. * **Day Off:** Sundays. * **Work Location:** Oaxaca de Juárez, Centro. * **Languages:** English (desirable) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
