Position Summary: We are seeking a Distribution Manager to plan, control, and execute distribution operations, ensuring on-time deliveries and optimization of logistical resources. Join our team at **Casa Cravioto** as **Distribution Manager**: Guarantee proper planning, control, and execution of distribution operations, ensuring on-time delivery compliance, logistical resource optimization, and customer satisfaction. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in administrative coordination, operations, or related positions. * Knowledge of route planning, fleet management, TMS/WMS systems, and logistical performance metrics. * Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma – preferred). * Leadership, analytical thinking, results orientation, and ability to work under pressure. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and supervise distribution routes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to service-level indicators (last-mile logistics). * Coordinate teams of operators, supervisors, and personnel involved in distribution. * Control transportation operating costs and optimize fleet utilization. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all operations. * Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to deliveries, timelines, costs, and staff performance. * Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and customer service departments to enhance the logistical supply chain. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Thirteenth-month bonus per statutory requirements plus an additional 15 days. * Vacation bonus: 25% as required by law, plus an additional 5%. * Life insurance. * Uniforms provided by the company. * On-site medical services. * Subsidy for sports activities. * Additional leave entitlements. * Job stability.
