Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with industrial experience and leadership skills to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, welding, masonry, and metalworking tasks. Broad range of technical skills **MAINTENANCE MANAGER** ***Requirements:*** \- High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree (preferred) \- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance (mandatory) \- Leadership ability \- Proficiency in PC and Excel (mandatory) ***Responsibilities:*** \- Place purchase orders \- Replace switches, circuit breakers, inspect water levels in cisterns and tanks \- Unclog drains, replace sanitary hardware, replace mixing faucets \- Cut metal profiles and weld them \- General painting \- General masonry \- Roof waterproofing \- Preventive and corrective maintenance \- Metalworking and welding ***We Offer:*** Weekly payments Superior benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed secondary education (preferred) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (required) Workplace: On-site employment
