Position Summary: Attract, develop, and retain sales-potential customers by identifying business needs and opportunities aligned with the prospecting plan. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a Market Developer – La Paz Position Objective: Attract, develop, and recover sales-potential customers while retaining existing customers, identifying business needs and opportunities based on sales channel, clusters, products, and service levels—aligned with the established prospecting plan and ensuring adherence to the budget defined for their cell. Responsibilities, Duties, and Obligations: * Achieve new customer acquisition targets within their CCSK (Routes) and TSK (Stores) area of responsibility, increasing market share. * Attract, develop, and recover sales-potential customers while retaining existing customers, identifying business needs and opportunities based on sales channel, clusters, products, and service levels—aligned with the established prospecting plan and ensuring adherence to the budget defined for their cell. * Execute 100% of the scheduled work agenda according to the established prospecting sector to meet the prospect pipeline. * Maintain a complete and up-to-date prospect database for their area of responsibility, with a business focus (geographic location, cluster, product portfolio, purchasing potential), to ensure customer contact and sales development. * Identify and share competitor information with the Market Development Coordinator Schedule: Variable depending on business needs, Monday through Saturday, either from 08:00 to 17:00 or from 14:30 to 22:00, due to client visits such as taquerias and/or restaurants We Offer: Biweekly salary Grocery vouchers Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, PAID VACATIONS) Year-end bonus (30 days) Savings fund Savings box (with 4 savings options) Payroll loans (available after one year of service and enrollment in the savings box) Major medical expense insurance Life insurance Funeral expense assistance 30% discount at Salud Digna clinics 7% discount at Suburbia 10% discount on our brand Scholarships and educational support for children Christmas gift One rest day for perfect attendance every 6 months Opportunities for growth and development
