Position Summary: You will provide support for continuous improvement projects, report analysis, training plans, and compliance with management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Identification and implementation of cost-saving projects Eaton’s EPG CHD EP LATAM division is currently seeking a Jr. OPEX Analyst. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- **Primary Job Function** Provide support for continuous improvement projects, performing activities focused on analyzing and preparing financial account reports, training plans for operational and administrative personnel on Eaton Lean Six Sigma programs (Eaton’s Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools) and the Continuous Improvement Framework. **Adherence to policies and procedures based on applicable management systems (EQMS, MESH, Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), ATEX and IEC Ex guidelines as applicable, and ISO\-9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 standards) to ensure compliance with the Management System (MS)** **Job Responsibilities** 1\. Participate in developing the MOC (Management of Change) and Stand Down (Task Review) processes for continuous improvement projects. 2\. Develop Eaton’s Lean Six Sigma (Eaton’s Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools) and Continuous Improvement Framework cultural plan by creating videos, brochures, guides, assessments, and supporting materials for each topic. 3\. Identify and implement improvement projects enabling achievement of company-established savings targets (fiscal year, next fiscal year – carry over) through Integrated Deck Building events (Savings Project Identification Sessions). 4\. Participate in continuous improvement, Kaizen, and Integrated Deck Building (Savings Project Identification Sessions) events. 5\. Conduct audits on Eaton Lean Six Sigma (Eaton’s Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools). 6\. Develop continuous improvement projects using A3 and Yellow Belt tools. 7\. Design Power BI reports for the Opex area to automate and streamline administrative tasks. 8\. Develop standard work or procedural documents resulting from Opex area improvement projects. 9\. Manage documents and information for the Eaton Lean Six Sigma (Eaton’s Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools) and Continuous Improvement Framework systems to ensure they are available and up-to-date when required. 10\. Generate reports on new project entries under the Cost Productivity initiative. 11\. Prepare purchase requisitions to support Opex department procurement activities. 12\. Execute process sheet FPP\-009 and maintain its continuous improvement focus per the PDCA cycle (Plan \- Do – Check \- Act). **Qualifications:** ------------------- **Required Education Level** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering **Required Years of Experience** 1 year **Area of Experience** Continuous improvement processes Generation of savings in improvement projects.
