Identify and implement improvement projects enabling achievement of company-established savings targets (fiscal year, next fiscal year – carry over) through Integrated Deck Building events (Savings Project Identification Sessions). 4\. Participate in continuous improvement, Kaizen, and Integrated Deck Building (Savings Project Identification Sessions) events. 5\. Conduct audits on Eaton Lean Six Sigma (Eaton’s Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools). 6\. Develop continuous improvement projects using A3 and Yellow Belt tools. 7\. Design Power BI reports for the Opex area to automate and streamline administrative tasks. 8\. Develop standard work or procedural documents resulting from Opex area improvement projects. 9\. Manage documents and information for the Eaton Lean Six Sigma (Eaton’s Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools) and Continuous Improvement Framework systems to ensure they are available and up-to-date when required. 10\. Generate reports on new project entries under the Cost Productivity initiative. 11\. Prepare purchase requisitions to support Opex department procurement activities. 12\.
