Management of labor relations and employee well-being We Are Looking For: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a generalist Human Capital Area Officer. Experience managing personnel. Experience in the IT industry. Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Ability to commute between Tlalnepantla and San Juan de Letrán Metro Station. Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection Conflict resolution Implementation of Official Mexican Standards (NOM) Payroll preparation Incident management File management Employee interaction Budget management File management Planning of internal events Management and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Updating and creating manuals Onboarding and offboarding of personnel Inductions Training Strategic planning Occupational health and safety management Basic training Monitoring and engagement with personnel Procurement Settlements (finiquitos) Receiving notifications from public institutions Supply management We Offer: Monthly gross salary of $15,000. Social security, vacation bonus, profit sharing, year-end bonus, and job stability. Benefits: Attendance and punctuality bonus; free uniforms. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:30 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm; fixed rest day on Sundays and official holidays.
