On this occasion, it invites you to join its team with the following profile: General Services Manager Requirements: * Education: Technical or general high school diploma (certificate required) * Experience: 1 year or more in general services management for real estate projects * Work location: Willingness to travel to various locations across the country for extended periods. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinating the procurement of transportation, cleaning, security, and maintenance services * Managing payment of services * Prospecting rental properties (houses, apartments, and offices) * Preparing properties for occupancy and use * Supervising service providers to ensure compliance with established contracts * Purchasing maintenance supplies * Verifying that purchases and services meet specified requirements * Complying with quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental policies We offer: Monthly salary + benefits exceeding statutory requirements If you meet the requirements and are interested, please apply through this channel.
