Development of administrative procedures for successful collections **Gestalt RH is seeking a Collection Coordinator in Jardines De Santa Clara \- Ecatepec de Morelos, State of Mexico** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT* **Accounts Receivable Coordinator** *You must have experience handling the settlement and release of the organization’s delinquent accounts payable portfolio to join our team.* ***Responsibilities:*** * Initiate administrative procedures to ensure successful collection of the organization’s various projects in the government sector. * Manage effective accounts receivable collection from clients such as IMSS, ISSSTE, SEDENA, and High-Specialty Hospitals. * Generate, supervise, measure, and control departmental performance indicators to ensure high organizational performance. * Generate, supervise, analyze, review, and present monthly departmental reports. * Train and coach departmental staff to conduct effective documentary and in-person collection activities. * Supervise proper application of contractual penalties, sanctions, and deductions. ***Requirements:*** *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field; degree certified. *Experience:* Minimum 8 years managing collection release in government institutions, procurement, leadership, and portfolio recovery. ***We Offer:*** Competitive salary commensurate with experience Ongoing training Statutory benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. DO YOU MEET THE PROFILE?
