Requirements: \- Age 25 to 40 \- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field \- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in fashion or the bridal industry \- Leadership and personnel management skills \- Excellent customer service skills \- Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail \- Basic inventory management and sales control skills \- Problem handling and resolution skills Main Responsibilities: \- Provide personalized consultation to clients during the dress selection process \- Coordinate appointments, fittings, and follow-up on alterations \- Supervise inventory and merchandise control \- Manage sales, collections, and cash closing \- Coordinate and supervise the work team \- Ensure achievement of business objectives and service standards Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,800.00 \- $13,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
