Requirements * 3+ years of experience in the **fast food or fast casual** sector * University diploma, technical degree, or equivalent experience * Availability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, and holidays) * Excellent interpersonal communication skills * Organizational and leadership skills * Strong sense of responsibility and integrity * Proficiency in **Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office** Preferred Qualifications * Experience managing a **fast food chain** * Experience with **drive-thru, delivery, Uber Eats, and Rappi** * Proficiency in **SoftRestaurant and/or Wansoft** * Inventory management in Excel * Knowledge of **cost of goods sold (COGS)** * Experience in procurement * Sales skills * Excellent customer service Responsibilities * Hire, train, and supervise staff * Ensure compliance with **food safety and hygiene standards** * Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets * Implement strategies to improve sales and operations * Maintain safe working conditions * Comply with cash handling, inventory, and equipment policies * Audit inventory levels and place orders * Achieve sales targets set by management **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Monthly bonus for meeting targets * Tips * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free parking * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Experience: * Personnel administration: 4 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
