We have grown year after year and are seeking, for our team in Mexico, a Sales Development Manager with experience in market entry and commercial structure development, under a hybrid work model. **Your Role**: Responsible for launching the brand’s operations in Mexico, building the sales team, and enabling short- to mid-term growth potential. **Why Work With Us?** A multicultural team focused on people as its most valuable asset, where you will find: * Opportunities for personal and professional growth across Latin America, Asia, and Europe. * A highly attractive bonus and commission structure, plus continuous training. * Commercial training programs and academies covering soft skills and human development. * Operational freedom to propose new ideas—and even develop products or partnerships. **Our Offer** We prioritize continuous training for our team, strive for an appropriate work-life balance, and foster an engaging workplace environment—offering substantial growth, stability, and support: * **Base Salary**: MXN 55,000–60,000 per month, gross, plus statutory and above-statutory benefits * MXN 50,000–60,000 in variable compensation (bonuses, commissions, and sales accelerators) * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work Location**: Hybrid (CDMX offices) **What We’re Looking For** * 5–8+ years of experience as: Hunter, Sales Manager, SDR, IT Sales Executive, IT Account Manager, Business Development Manager (BDM), IT Commercial Executive, Technology Sales Advisor, or Key Account Manager (KAM). * Fluent conversational English is mandatory. * 5–8 years of experience selling electronic security solutions—including IP cameras, NVRs (recorders), access control systems, storage, and video management systems (VMS)—from brands such as Dahua, Hanwha, Hikvision, Imou, and Epcom. * 5 years developing regional, sectoral, and client-specific strategies; channel policies and structures—in collaboration with marketing and operations teams—and leading national sales teams (of more than three people). * 3–5 years designing and managing performance dashboards and reporting metrics (CTQ, KPR, KPI, SLA), and specific sales indicators such as Pipeline, Forecast, Funnel, ROI, margins, trends, etc.; annual quota exceeding USD 2M. * Proven experience designing marketing processes and generating end-customer demand (cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, webinars, inbound/outbound campaigns, etc.). * 3–5 years of advanced expertise in channel development—including recruitment, attraction, training, development, solution integration, rewards, demand-generation support, quota setting, and review sessions. * Strong strategic account management experience by sector and industry (Enterprise), including AAA clients and engagement with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and influencers. * Experience creating loyalty or referral programs; proactive promotion of services; innovative, creative mindset with awareness of market trends. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree — incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Entry-level **Departmental Function:** Commercial / Sales **Industry:** Telecommunications **Skills:** * CCTV NVR VMS Cameras * IP KPI Sales Funnel * Dahua Hanwha Hikvision * Forecast Channel Reports * Wholesalers Distributors *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0908974100003000ba2f88\&source\=indeed*
