




Job Summary: A Sales Assistant will support the sales team by preparing quotations, prospecting, delivering comprehensive excellent service, managing clients, and coordinating activities. Focus on results-oriented performance and teamwork SALES ASSISTANT Support the sales team in the company’s commercial operations by preparing quotations, prospecting to the extent of one’s knowledge, and delivering outstanding integrated response service. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support your immediate supervisor in regularly contacting and visiting clients and prospects to identify business opportunities, finalize deals, update contracts, and track client status. * Digital and social media marketing, as well as physical outreach. * Follow up on incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from external and internal clients. * Prepare commercial proposals and company presentations. * Assist in coordinating the sales team’s visits to prospective clients, including timely arrangements for per diems and invoice delivery. * Provide daily support to the internal sales team \- (colleagues). * Assist in reviewing the checklist of requirements for each project, as well as all REPSE, Company\-Client requirements prior to contract closure decisions. * Support all company departments as required to achieve client\-company objectives across various projects. * Maintain assertive communication with internal supply chain departments to ensure timely delivery of requested customer products. * Maintain a daily appointment calendar for your immediate supervisor. * Review the company’s customer database, making follow-up phone calls and emails regarding purchases or offering alternative purchasing options to acquire new customers for the company. * Use questionnaires to measure customer satisfaction (e.g., semiannual or annual surveys), which may be emailed or analyzed using other tools. * Prioritize urgency, assertive communication, teamwork, and excellent customer service in this role. REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum two years’ experience in customer service, sales**,** marketing. · Experience handling and resolving crisis situations. · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Fields, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or Marketing.
