Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to manage import processes, validate foreign trade operations, and coordinate with customs brokers, ensuring the continuous flow of materials. Our service center features sheet and coil cutting lines, as well as substantial storage and steel shipping capacity. We are looking for our new partner in the logistics area: **Logistics Analyst**. * Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end import processes. * Administer and validate operations under PROSEC, IMMEX, and Rule Eighth. * Record, validate, and track operations (customs entries, acknowledgments, digital documents). * Coordinate with customs brokers for cargo clearance and release. * Review and validate shipping documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (BL), certificates, etc. * Control inventory of imported goods and coordinate warehouse inbound and outbound movements. * Monitor key performance indicators related to import lead times, logistics costs, and customs compliance. * Ensure all operations comply with foreign trade regulations and internal audits. * Maintain updated electronic and physical import files. * Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and production departments to ensure continuous material flow. * Warehouse knowledge. * Skills: ERP system proficiency, Intermediate English (preferred).
