We are seeking an **Animation Manager** for one of our hotels located in Costa Mujeres, with the mission of being responsible for planning and directing recreational activities for guests (visitors) within the hotel, ensuring the consistent application of quality and safety standards to create unforgettable experiences. (Mini club, Gym, Animation, Shows). SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: * ACTIVITY PLAN. Develop the animation event and activity program (sports, recreational, artistic). Communicate it to relevant stakeholders and provide your team with the necessary tools for implementation. * SPECIAL EVENTS. Coordinate special events involving other departments (Groups and Conventions, Human Resources, Food and Beverage, Rooms Division). * MAINTENANCE. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment under your responsibility (tools, equipment, facilities). * ADMINISTRATION. Execute necessary administrative processes for departmental operations (attendance lists, administrative forms, staffing guide administration, job roles, procurement management, requisitions, and work orders). * TEAM MANAGEMENT. Actively participate in selection, training, performance evaluation, and other processes related to talent attraction, retention, and development within your department. * SUPERVISION. Monitor the implementation of designed plans and programs. Supervise your team in executing assigned tasks. * REPORTING. Submit all operational reports requested by your direct supervisor. * PROJECTS. Participate in projects as required by your direct supervisor or senior management (training, certifications, institutional programs). * MEETINGS. Attend meetings as instructed by your direct supervisor, senior management, or for special projects. * Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar position within the animation/entertainment department. * Prior experience related to show production, acting, music, entertainment, animation, sports, lighting, decoration, children's recreation, or happenings. * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism / Performing Arts / Entertainment / Communication. * Advanced English (a third language is desirable). **SUGGESTED PROFILE:** \- CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION \- POSITIVE ATTITUDE \- LEADERSHIP \- DYNAMISM \- DECISION-MAKING
