By prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower each individual to reach their full potential on their own terms—because the best work happens when one is free to be themselves and share their unique experience. #### **Our Benefits** With employee well-being as our top priority, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, including the following: * Insurance * Competitive base salary * Employee Assistance Program ### **What do you need to succeed in this role?** * In your job profile, you will machine aluminum aerospace components with cycle times ranging from 1 to 6 hours, performing frequent model changes at your workstation. * You will operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines. * You must interpret 2D part drawings (general tolerances, precision tolerances, fits, and GD\&T). * You will use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators). * You will correctly complete reports and self-inspection checks for quality and production supervisors. * You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance. * You will carry out tooling and fixture changes for CNC machining, as well as model-change adjustments. * You will reduce waste in production and transactional processes. * You will support the basic training of new technical assistants. ### **What do you need to succeed in this role? Skills, knowledge, and experience** * Minimum of 1\-2 years’ experience in a methods engineering/manufacturing/industrial environment. * You pursue continuous process improvement (implementation of poka\-yokes). * You demonstrate willingness and attitude toward implementing autonomous CNC maintenance. * You meet maintenance performance indicators. * You are available to rotate shifts. **Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply—and join the Bombardier team!** Note: It is not necessary to possess *all* the competencies, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
