Responsible for managing assigned human, material, and financial resources, consistently guaranteeing the ZOOMMOTOS shopping experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Ensure 100% achievement of sales targets for the agency under your supervision. Ensure consistent agency visits through prospecting supported by social media. Guarantee excellent customer service. Maintain proper safeguarding and management of human, material, and financial resources assigned by the company. **Experience** Management-level positions: 2 years Sales: 5 years Marketplace and other digital platforms management: 3 years Customer service: 5 years Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree (Administrative or Engineering) Employment type: Full-time Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Base salary plus commissions * Free uniforms Work schedule: * Includes weekends * 8-hour shifts Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave Application questions: * How many years of management experience do you have? * Do you know how to ride a motorcycle? * What is your opinion on using social media for sales?
