Job Responsibilities * Purchase order registration in Oracle. * Customer collections. * Analysis of overdue accounts receivable. * Balance reconciliation. * Identification of deposits. * Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable. * Control and custody of petty cash. * Control of security seals. * Order entry into the system. * Purchase order requests. * Compilation of customer files. * Filing of consecutive delivery notes and receipt acknowledgments. * Review of costs versus selling prices. * Weekly inventory count. * Monthly closing.
