




Position Summary: Provide administrative and operational support to a medical clinic, managing schedules, patient care, and information control. Key Highlights: 1. Support general administrative activities in the clinic. **Medexp is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Escandón I Secc – Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ### **Reports to:** Attending physician / Clinic management ### **Position Objective:** Provide administrative and operational support to the medical clinic, ensuring proper schedule management, efficient patient care, and appropriate control of information and administrative processes. ### **Functions and Responsibilities** * Manage the **medical appointment schedule** (confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations). * Provide **in-person, telephone, or digital patient care and guidance**. * Perform **registration and updating of clinical and administrative records**. * Support **payment processing, billing, and cash control**, as needed. * Coordinate **patient reception and routing within the clinic**. * Maintain **order and control of documents, files, and databases**. * Support **procurement and inventory control of medical and office supplies**. * Follow up on **messages, emails, and appointment reminders**. * Maintain constant communication with physicians for proper consultation organization. * Support general administrative activities in the clinic. ### **Education** * Completed high school or **technical degree / incomplete undergraduate degree in administrative, health, or related fields**. ### **Experience** * 1 year in **administrative, front-desk, or customer service roles**. * Preferred experience in **medical clinics, outpatient centers, or hospitals**. ### **Knowledge** * Proficiency in **appointment scheduling and management**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)**. * Proficiency in **record management and document control**. * Patient interaction and service skills. ### **Skills** * Administrative organization and control * Effective communication * Attention to detail * Service-oriented attitude * Handling of confidential information * Teamwork ### **Schedule** Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (only on Saturdays when appointments are scheduled) Work location: Hospital Ángeles México **Desired education level:** Upper Secondary **Desired experience level:** Entry Level **Departmental function:** Administrative / Secretarial **Industry:** Medical *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69aedfe53200003a0064172e&source=indeed
