Administrative process optimization We seek an Administrator with experience in the restaurant industry, responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the company’s administrative and financial processes, ensuring efficient use of resources and attainment of operational and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: Administration and control of the restaurant’s budget, costs, and expenses. Supervision of invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Inventory control, procurement, and supplier relationship management. Preparation of financial and administrative reports for management. Compliance with tax, labor, and regulatory obligations. Coordination with operations, human resources, and accounting departments. Administrative process optimization and support in decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions (preferably in restaurants). Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial statements. Proficiency in Excel and administrative/ERP systems. Leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
