Compliance with tax and financial regulations. **Accounts Payable Analyst** Responsible for ensuring accurate accounting recording and control of obligations with suppliers, guaranteeing compliance with tax and financial regulations. **Job Objective:** To manage and account for transactions with suppliers, as well as generate controls and reports that ensure proper administration of accounts payable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Reconciliation of purchase orders vs. supplier invoices. * Accounting entry of invoices in the Microsip system. * Control and application of supplier advance payments. * Supplier payment forecasting. * Validation of supplier account statements and balances. * Handling and management of invoices, payment receipts, and payment complements. * Constant communication with Treasury, Accounting, Tax, and operational departments. * Preparation of cost and expense reports. * Compliance with tax requirements (CFDI, withholdings, payment complements). * Review of processes between Procurement and Warehouse. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration. * Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable. * Knowledge of general accounting and cost forecasting. * Knowledge of tax legislation. * Proficiency in MICROSIP (mandatory). * Strong Excel skills. **We Offer:** Competitive salary, statutory benefits, professional development Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
