Dynamic and collaborative environment **Accounts Payable Reconciliation Analyst (SAP) – Advanced English (MANDATORY) \| CDMX** We are seeking an **Accounts Payable Analyst** with SAP experience and advanced English proficiency to ensure the integrity and accuracy of account balances through reconciliation processes and discrepancy analysis with global entities. Responsibilities: * Perform weekly accounts payable reconciliations in SAP (FI/AP). * Analyze discrepancies among purchase orders, invoices, and payments. * Contact global suppliers to clarify and clear account balances. * Prepare aging reports, open item reports, and variance analyses. * Support monthly closing and internal/external audits. * Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and other departments to ensure financial accuracy. * Participate in AP process improvements and automation initiatives. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 2\+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or reconciliations. * **Proven SAP experience (FI/AP mandatory).** * Intermediate\-advanced Excel skills. * **Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).** * Strong analytical capability and focus on discrepancy resolution. * **The position requires analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and advanced English proficiency to interact with international teams.** We Offer: * Hybrid work arrangement in CDMX. * Exposure to international operations. * Opportunity for professional development in finance. * Dynamic and collaborative environment.
