Strategic and operational development in audiovisual production. **Gestión y Administración seeks an Audiovisual Production Manager in Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **A leading event organization and production company (streaming, audio, video, lighting, and display), specializing in production and post-production, is seeking your talent as:** **AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION MANAGER** ***OBJECTIVE:*** Strategically and operationally lead the audiovisual production department to ensure planning, execution, and delivery of multi-format projects meeting high standards of quality, profitability, and timeliness, aligned with the company’s commercial and creative objectives. **Requirements:** **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. **Experience**: Minimum 7 years in management and/or traffic roles within event agencies or audiovisual production companies. * Knowledge and experience in audiovisual content focused on corporate events (videos, recordings, content, etc.). * Knowledge and experience in audiovisual production and video post-production. * Experience across various digital platforms (streaming). * Prior work experience at a production house or BTL agency (content-focused). **Key Competencies for the Role:** * Advanced proficiency in video editing and design software (Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, Photoshop) * Proficiency in presentation software such as PowerPoint and Keynote * Proficiency in MS Office * Excellent vendor management skills * Understanding of process organization and control * Ability to manage any type of project * Knowledge of HD, 2K, 4K video formats, frame rates, and resolutions * Understanding of LED screen pixel pitch and aspect ratios * Advanced color correction knowledge * Mastery and application of editing and post-production techniques * Knowledge of framing, shot length, color correction, video and audio levels, effects, mastering, etc. * Creative ability to execute audiovisual concepts and produce content. ***We Offer:*** Base salary: $ negotiable based on experience \+ PL \+ VD Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9\-6 PM Opportunity to participate in high-impact projects with recognized brands.
