We are looking for an Audiovisual Director with a commercial focus and strong visual judgment, capable of executing productions from start to finish and with growth potential into creative leadership within the agency. **What will you do with us?** * Produce audiovisual content for campaigns, social media, brands, and events * Execute video shoots (product, lifestyle, gastronomy, portrait, fashion, etc.) * Participate in creative planning sessions * Coordinate pre-production: scripts, moodboards, location scouting, schedules, and logistics * Operate Sony cameras, gimbals, drones, and audio equipment * Edit in DaVinci Resolve with clear narrative and aesthetic focus * Apply AI tools to optimize workflows and production * Collaborate with the creative team and clients on set **Candidate Profile** * Solid experience in audiovisual production for brands * Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (editing and color grading) * Experience operating professional cameras (Sony) * Proficiency with Ronin-type gimbals or similar * Drone operation experience * Knowledge of audio recording and editing * Knowledge of pre-production and shoot logistics * Strong organizational skills, time management, and adaptability to diverse visual styles * Basic After Effects / Motion skills * Photoshop / Premiere skills * Prior agency experience **What We Offer** Base salary: $20,000 MXN monthly Performance review after 3 months Growth review after 6 months based on performance Bonus structure * Bonus for special productions outside regular hours * Bonus for premium projects * Quarterly bonus for creative performance and goal achievement **Work Conditions** Office location: Ciudad del Sol, Zapopan Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 am–5:00 pm Occasional availability required on shoot days (with prior planning) Here you’ll find * Diverse projects and brands with real challenges * High visual standards * Professional team * Creative environment with a growth mindset * Space to propose, experiment, and evolve **Are you interested?** Send your CV and portfolio (mandatory), including real work samples, to: contacto@goals.com.mx Include direct links to projects clearly demonstrating your role in production.
