Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to provide administrative support, manage billing processes, procurement, travel coordination, and cargo logistics. Key Highlights: 1. K9 México Prototype, Commercializer. Located in San Miguel Chapultepec neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, we are seeking: Operations Assistant. MUST HAVE AUTOMATIC AND STANDARD HIGHWAY DRIVING LICENSE. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM — availability as required for operations. We offer a monthly salary of $13,000 MXN plus statutory benefits. Responsibilities: • Administrative support in project execution. • Manage billing processes and follow up on payments to ensure proper recovery. • Procurement and Supplier Management. • Coordinate travel (flights, accommodation) according to established budgets. • Provide quotations to customers. • Manage reservations ensuring cost efficiency. • Prepare purchase and sales tracking reports. • Support information control in Excel files and other documents. • Supervise import processes, ensuring documentary compliance. • Coordinate transportation and cargo logistics. • Track shipments and associated documentation. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, or nearing completion. • Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics or Projects. • Basic-to-intermediate English proficiency.
