Job Summary: We are seeking a hybrid Scrum Master to ensure rigorous implementation of the Scrum framework, optimize processes, and guarantee consistent value delivery in high-demand environments. Proven ability to identify and correct deviations from the framework. ● Participation in SAP and/or digital product projects ● AI tool handling . **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** ● Prior experience in SAP modernization or implementation of Agile enablers in SAP environments. ● Official certifications (PSM, CSM) or experience managing impediments within complex technical teams. . **Key Responsibilities:** ● **Framework Governance:** Ensure disciplined adherence to Scrum to guarantee predictability and consistent value generation. ● **Backlog and Quality Management:** Close collaboration with Product Owners and technical teams to maintain a healthy backlog and ensure compliance with Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Ready (DoR). ● **Process Optimization:** Identification of impediments, correction of methodological deviations, and promotion of continuous improvement focused on outcomes.
