Job Summary: This role will lead the quality strategy for complex project programs, managing risks, audits, and coordinating departments to ensure KPI compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. At CAF, with over 30 years of success in Mexico, we transform the lives of thousands of passengers… but real change starts with you. **What will be your mission?** * Define the program quality strategy. * Lead the development and approval of Quality Plans and Inspection Plans. * Represent CAF before clients during audits, validations, and reviews. * Manage program quality risks and define mitigation plans. * Oversee FAI, industrialization, validation, and series production. * Ensure compliance with quality KPIs, budget, and schedule. * Coordinate departments such as SQA, Special Processes, and Production. * Lead non-conformance management at the program level. **What are we looking for?** * Education: Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree or Quality certifications preferred). Advanced English preferred. * Experience: 5 years in quality management within industrial or manufacturing environments. 5 years in quality management for programs or complex projects. Proven experience interacting with clients.
