Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic Product Owner with holistic vision to lead the evolution of the Student Journey in an agile project, managing cross-functional teams. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the strategy and vision for the Student Journey roadmap. 2. Define specifications, customer journey maps, and user stories. 3. Collaborate with technical specialists to resolve challenges. We are looking for a Product Owner to join an agile project focused on the evolution of the Student Journey. This is a temporary position for at least 3 months. We seek a strategic profile with comprehensive product vision and experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments. RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the strategy and vision for the Student Journey roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders. Define and design specifications, customer journey maps, features, and user stories. Lead agile teams with a holistic approach to meet both technical and business needs. Coordinate team activities across the product lifecycle (definition, development, testing, implementation). Prioritize features and manage the backlog in collaboration with development teams. Identify technical and business interdependencies during requirement definition. Collaborate with technical specialists and third parties to resolve project challenges. Manage team relationships, identifying and removing impediments in each sprint. Conduct analysis and research to define product priorities. Establish success metrics and KPIs to measure Student Journey progress. Participate in operational and technological risk management. Requirements Experience as a Product Owner or in technology product management. Knowledge of digital product development and agile methodologies. Experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks (Scrum Master certification is a plus). Technical knowledge of development processes, integrations, APIs, and data handling. Experience in operational and technological risk analysis. Ability to work with cross-functional teams (technical and business). Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
