INTERIOR ARCHITECT SPECIALIZING IN HOSPITALITY Requirements: * Current residence in Cancún (mandatory) * Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field * Proficiency and knowledge in hotel or residential interior design * MBA in Hospitality / Hospitality Management (preferred) * 5 to 10 years of experience in hotel, hospitality, or luxury residential projects * Advanced English * Experience in construction supervision, punch lists, and handover processes * Experience coordinating suppliers, manufacturers, hotel operators, and multidisciplinary teams * Leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities * Excellent organizational, executive communication, and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp * Proficiency in MS Project, Monday, or Asana * Advanced Excel and Adobe Suite Responsibilities: * Lead hospitality projects from concept through final delivery * Coordinate architectural design, interior design, and FF\&E * Supervise specifications, procurement, and installation of furniture and finishes * Ensure compliance with brand standards and guest experience requirements * Manage budgets, schedules, and change control * Prepare executive reports and presentations for clients and investors * Validate quality, functionality, and operational performance of hospitality spaces * Participate in strategies for operational optimization and project profitability * Coordinate medium- and high-complexity projects * Share knowledge and actively collaborate with the team We offer: * $25,000 net monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Location: * Puerto Cancún, Q.
