JOB DESCRIPTION * Implement and execute the necessary technical processes to develop, test, and release digital products and services using DevSecOps tools and practices, ensuring digital solutions meet business objectives and deliver continuous value to our customers. * Design and implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, as well as processes for port opening, maintenance windows execution, security guidelines, SOX compliance, and other requirements needed to ensure consistent solution deployments (CI/CD: Continuous Integrations and Releases), with the goal of improving product delivery efficiency and guaranteeing a steady flow of value to end customers. * Collaborate with the Scrum Team to generate and validate user stories and technical acceptance criteria prior to production release, ensuring error-free product delivery aligned with functional definitions. Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and challenges—supported by guild leaders, technical teams, and the Scrum Team—that may arise during development and release processes through ceremonies such as Daily Meetings, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), to maintain operational continuity and minimize disruptions in ongoing projects. * REQUIREMENTS * Scrum Master experience: Implement and execute the necessary technical processes to develop, test, and release digital products and services using DevSecOps tools and practices, ensuring digital solutions meet business objectives and deliver continuous value to our customers.
