Position Summary: We are seeking a Design Project Manager (Interior Architecture) with experience in commercial and residential projects to lead design efforts from conceptualization through final validation, combining creative leadership with technical expertise. We seek a Design Project Manager **(Interior Architecture)** with extensive experience in **commercial and residential design projects**, responsible for comprehensively managing design projects from the conceptual stage through final validation. The role combines creative leadership, technical judgment, and direct involvement in design—defining concepts, materials, and creative solutions, as well as coordinating the team and ensuring technical feasibility, budget adherence, and schedule compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage design and interior architecture projects from inception to final validation. * Define concepts, creative criteria, materials, and finishes. * Strategically coordinate with Architecture, Cost Estimation, and Construction teams. * Validate proposals prior to client or executive presentation. * Maintain direct communication with clients for validations and adjustments. * Supervise progress, risks, and design changes. * Report status updates and key decisions to General Management. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.** * **10–12 years of experience in commercial and residential design projects.** * Experience coordinating design teams. * **Proficiency in material, finish, lighting, and furniture selection.** * Ability to assess technical and economic feasibility. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. * Familiarity with project management tools. **We Offer:** * Salary: MXN 25,000–36,000 net per month, commensurate with experience. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility based on project timelines. * Location: Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX. * Work Mode: On-site. **Submission of CV and portfolio is mandatory to be considered.
