Position Summary: Coordinate and analyze business requirements and rules to ensure the delivery of products, services, and tools that meet end-user needs. Key Highlights: 1. Facilitate definition sessions with impacted users **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Coordinate and analyze requirements, definitions, and business rules into the company’s product backlog. Understand user needs and prioritize them based on greatest benefit versus development cost versus time-to-enablement (POM objectives), to ensure delivery of products, services, and tools meeting end-user needs (both internal and external). **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES** Analyze and document initiatives and requirements from various organizational areas, evaluating criticality, priorities, feasibility, requested deliverables, expected benefits, and effectiveness as indicated by Product Owners. Leverage the Organization’s digital transformation strategy and propose cross-functional solution strategies. Execute agile frameworks, adhering to cell-based agility management processes and optimizing expected end-user benefits per sprint. Ensure that delivered products, services, or tools generate benefits for the requesting area in the shortest possible time. Generate metrics for evaluating agile and exponential effectiveness. Utilize user/customer satisfaction and analytics tools to propose improvements in requirement documentation and value-deliverable segmentation. Manage and promote, within agility cells, the conversion of requirements into products and technologies satisfying user needs. Analyze, understand, define, establish, document, and ensure user acceptance criteria. Facilitate definition sessions with impacted users, align expectations, resolve questions from development and testing cell members. Deliver functional, complete products satisfying customer needs and fulfilling tangible benefits across all areas. **POSITION PROFILE** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Systems Engineering; Master’s degree in Administration, Project Management, or Business Analysis preferred. **English:** Advanced **Technical Knowledge** * Microsoft Visio * Jira, Asana, QuickScrum or ScrumDo * Scrum Master * Agile Business Analyst * Knowledge of certain agile practices: Management 3\.0, Kanban, CX, Lean Six Sigma, OKR, Agile Innovation or Design Thinking. **Area(s) of Experience** * Business Analyst \- 2 years * Project Leader \- 2 years * Process Specialist \- 2 years * Prudential is a multinational financial services leader with operations in the United States, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
