Mandatory proficiency in SAP Business One **Senior Demand Planner (Demand Planner Sr.)** **Job Objective:** Coordinate and optimize demand and procurement planning to ensure timely product supply as well as consumption analysis for data-driven strategic decision-making. **Requirements:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (2 Saturdays off per month) * Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning or similar roles * **Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or Economics (EXCLUSIVELY)** * Advanced Excel * Intermediate English * Mandatory ERP proficiency: **SAP Business One (B1\)** * Preferred experience in retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or import companies * Highly analytical and data-oriented profile **Responsibilities:** * Demand planning and forecasting * Analysis of consumption, inventory turnover, and product behavior * Coordination and monitoring of procurement activities * Supply management and inventory level control * Data analysis using SAP Business One * Identification of opportunities for supply chain improvement **Competencies:** * Analytical and numerical thinking * Proactivity * Organization and follow-up skills * Operational leadership * Ability to work under pressure with a results-oriented focus **We Offer:** * Salary: $ 50,000 to $ 60,000, mixed compensation scheme * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Opportunities for professional growth and development
