Completed bachelor's degree 2\. Mandatory experience in the tourism industry, private and luxury transportation services. 3\. Proven experience in coordinating work teams. 4\. Proven experience in personnel management, assertive communication, and effective supervision. 5\. Accustomed to working with procedures. 6\. Proficiency in quality and service standards. 7\. Knowledge of legislation and regulations applicable to passenger transportation services. 8\. Proficiency in Excel 9\. Accustomed to working under pressure. 10\. Familiarity with the destination 11\. Maintain effective communication with the operator team and other company departments. 6\. Conduct performance follow-up and evaluation for operators, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them. 7\. Coordinate transfer logistics, ensuring efficient resource utilization and punctual service delivery. 8\.
