Together, everything we do is about Making Better Happen. **The Opportunity: Business Planner** As a BP, you will: * Preparation of Budget and Forecast financial statements (Balance Sheet, P\&L, and Cash Flow). * Financial analysis. * Development and evaluation of investment projects (DCF modeling and performance tracking). * Analysis of costs, margins, Opex, EBIT, etc., at total, segment, and responsibility\-center levels **What We’re Looking For** Education \& Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field, with strong foundations in financial analysis, accounting, strategic planning, project evaluation, and financial indicators. * A postgraduate degree (MBA or Master’s in Finance) is desirable to strengthen strategic analysis capabilities and managerial\-level decision\-making. * 2\-3 years of experience in a similar role (Required). * Advanced English (B2 level or higher \- Mandatory). Technical \& Professional Skills Additional training in technological and analytical tools, including advanced Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint, as well as knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and internal controls.
