We are looking for a Senior Designer.** We seek a candidate focused on quality, innovation, and attention to detail to join our workforce. **Position:** Senior Designer **Academic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. **Required Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience in the flexible packaging industry is preferred. **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. * Knowledge of Pre\-press processes. * Familiarity with flexography. * File preparation for printing and review of final artwork. **Desired Competencies:** * Creativity and innovation. * Organization and project tracking. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to delivery timelines.
