Role Description: We seek to integrate an Organizational Development Intern into our team to support the execution and monitoring of talent acquisition, training, and organizational development processes—contributing to staff onboarding, training, and development, as well as to the continuous improvement of internal processes and workplace climate. Main Responsibilities: Support logistics and execution of training programs. Record and monitor training and development metrics. Support Organizational Development initiatives (workplace climate, internal communication, evaluations). Prepare reports and track DO department projects. Support talent acquisition processes. Required Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Availability: Part-time (5 hours per day). Interest in talent acquisition, training, and Organizational Development. Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
