Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Packager to lead operations, ensure optimal facility performance, and compliance with internal processes, with training included. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and packaging with proper practices 2. Operation of cardboard baler and hydraulic pallet jack 3. Training provided; no prior experience required At Sistemas Integrales para la Industria Cartonera S.A. de C.V., we provide packaging and cardboard/plastic baling services to nationally recognized companies such as PepsiCo, OXXO, Tiendas 3B, and Chedraui. At SIIC, we are looking for a Shift Packager to lead area activities, ensuring optimal performance of our facilities and compliance with internal processes. Job Requirements: Provide technical and packaging support by implementing proper practices to carry out established activities. Main Responsibilities: \-The following activities are to be performed: \-Operating the cardboard baler \-Operating the hydraulic pallet jack \-Baling, stacking, and arranging cardboard bales \-Cleaning the work area !!!Please note that lack of prior experience is not an issue, as training will be provided!!! We Offer: Competitive salary: $9,451 net per month. $1,000 monthly food vouchers. Productivity bonus: $2,549\.00 per month. Plus transportation bonus of $2,000, disbursed weekly at $500.
