RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Conduct and replicate training sessions at branches. \- Contribute creative input to training content. \- Update presentations and courses. \- Deliver in-person training at points of sale. \- Generate reports and analyze metrics as needed. \- Validate correct sales processes and techniques. \- Identify improper practices at branches. \- Gather information from customers.
