




Job Summary: This role is responsible for packaging, palletizing, and cleaning on production lines, ensuring product quality and proper arrangement, as well as recovering blocked products. This role is responsible for learning proper packaging and palletizing of products across various production lines as required; supporting area and machine cleaning according to line standards; correctly operating the stretch wrapper; ensuring proper pallet placement in the finished goods area; and recovering quality-blocked products by strictly following standardized procedures. A Day in the Life of... Correctly packaging finished products coming from cartoners and/or packers, ensuring accurate counts of sachets/displays/corrugated boxes when palletizing, as specified in the product specification sheet for the assigned production line. Supporting cleaning of the area and equipment on the required production line, following the cleaning checklist step-by-step. Assisting with format changes and basic machine maintenance (deep cleaning), under guidance from the shift leader, assigned technician, and/or the line’s incumbent operator. Recovering quality-blocked products by strictly adhering to correct quality and safety procedures. Understanding the operating principle of the tape dispenser and manual loading skid, identifying associated operational risks, and undergoing continuous training.
