Dynamic, disciplined, and able to work under pressure. **Job Description** **Overview:** The packer is the operator who masters boxing, decartoning, and piggyback processes. They are responsible for separating, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, packaging, and other activities involving various components of surgical trays as required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for receiving the necessary components for assembling the requested kit * Follow applicable procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Leave storage locations orderly and clean * Participate in company-required activities and programs * Contribute to personal and company safety * Comply with good manufacturing practices **Required Knowledge:** * 1 year of experience in the medical industry (preferred) or similar * Experience working in boxing * Experience working in decartoning * Knowledge of the Piggyback process **Skills:** * Ability to follow operational instructions assigned by supervisor * Dynamic * Disciplined * Ability to work under pressure **Education:** High school diploma.
