Job Objective: Ensure timely handling of AAA accounts through notifications and follow-ups, and address improvement opportunities. Functions and Responsibilities: * Ensure continuity of customer requirements. * Organize and schedule requests. * Verify that scheduled deliveries are fulfilled on time and as specified. * Acquire and master the manufacturing process to effectively resolve product application issues. * Acquire and master the characteristics and properties of raw materials as part of technical support, enabling efficient responses to reported issues. * Knowledge and mastery of KPIs and measurements to facilitate smoother process adaptation.
