We seek a responsible, efficient individual with grilling food preparation experience who maintains quality, presentation, and hygiene for every dish. **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare grilled foods according to recipes and standards. Cook meats, poultry, vegetables, or other items per the menu. Monitor cooking times, flavor, and presentation. Keep the grill area clean and organized. Manage supplies, portion control, and waste. Assist with pre-preparation of food items. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service staff. **Requirements:** Minimum preferred experience as a grill cook, cook, or kitchen assistant. Basic knowledge of grill operation and food cooking techniques. Responsibility and efficiency. Positive attitude and teamwork skills. Flexible availability.
