Job Summary: Responsible for supervising printing on flexible packaging, performing preventive maintenance of machinery, managing inventories, and ensuring print quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and inspection of printing on flexible packaging 2. Preventive maintenance of machinery and inventory management 3. Identification of printing issues and tone adjustment Monitor printing on flexible packaging; inspect dimensions, tone, and print registration; record completed activities; perform preventive maintenance on the machine; keep roller inventory up to date; maintain flexographic plates in good condition; mount and dismount plates; adjust tone; inspect corona treatment; identify printing problems; clean work area; and maintain work tools.
